Terms of Use

1. What the Service is

The Service is a journaling and analytics tool for your own trading. It lets you record trading accounts and trades, write journal entries, review statistics and dashboards built from the data you provide, and optionally connect a MetaTrader 5 account using a read-only investor password so that your trade history syncs automatically.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
• One account per person. You may of course track multiple trading accounts inside it.

4. Broker connections and synced data

If you connect a MetaTrader 5 account, you do so with an investor (read-only) password. The Service cannot place, modify, or close trades on your behalf. Connection credentials are encrypted before storage and are used only on our servers to fetch your trade history; you can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored credentials.

Synced data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate — for example when a broker renames symbols, adjusts history, or a sync run fails. Your broker’s own statements are the authoritative record of your trading. Always verify against them before relying on numbers shown in the Service.

5. Your content

You own the content you put into the Service — your trades, notes, tags, journal entries, and uploaded images. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, back up, and display that content, solely as needed to operate and improve the Service for you. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for short-lived copies in backups.

You are responsible for your content. Do not upload material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that you do not have permission to use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or bypass its security or rate limits;
• scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service other than exports of your own data;
• reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it;
• resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written consent;
• upload malware or content designed to harm the Service or its users.

7. Plans, pricing and billing

The Service currently offers a free plan. We may introduce paid plans (such as Pro and Elite); their prices and billing terms will be shown to you before you purchase, and payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor. We may change what each plan includes; if a change materially reduces a paid plan you are on, we will give you reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, branding, and all content other than user content — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service interoperates with third parties — for example Google sign-in, your broker and the MetaTrader platform, and our hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance or security reasons.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or create a security risk. After termination your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 2, 5, 8, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Vietnam. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us — most issues can be resolved informally.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and we will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
